Welcome to Bliss Flow Therapy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and online store (the “Site”), operated by Bliss Flow Therapy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
15. Client Responsibility:
Clients must ensure they are physically and mentally fit to participate in our services. It is the client's responsibility to inform our instructors of any health concerns or conditions that may affect their participation.
16. Registration and Payment:
Clients must complete the registration process and make full payment of the services before attending any Bliss Flow Therapy sessions. All services are private pay. Payment details and fees are outlined during the consultation call/email.
17. Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel their registration up to 48 hours before the scheduled session to reschedule. Cancellations made after the 48-hour timeframe may not be eligible to reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
18. Schedule Changes:
Bliss Flow Therapy reserves the right to modify or cancel scheduled sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
19. Code of Conduct:
Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during Bliss Flow Therapy sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in the client being asked to leave without a refund.
