Shipping Policy:

Orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier availability.

If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

Services: Once a session or service is completed, no refunds will be issued.

Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 15 days of receipt. Since all products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for different sizes, colors, or change of mind.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for tracking updates.
